When will be leaflets arrive after I have signed the artwork off?
Once the artwork has been signed off we aim to ship out the products with a next-day service. Your designer will be able to give you a specific delivery time as this can depend on the day of the week.

How long does the design process take?
Our designers will contact you the same day of the order (within business hours) of receiving the order. Once the items supplied have been checked and approved work will start immediately. Depending on the complexity of the leaflet, the design involved and the amount of revisions, we normally aim to complete the order within 3 days.

What if I don’t like what has been designed?
Because what we do is bespoke, we can’t resell what we have done. We will also have invested time into what we have done. It is important for us to make sure that what we do is perfect and to your standard, but we understand that this might not always be the case. We do however offer a refund minus £30 to cover initial design services. See our terms and conditions here.

Can I come and collect my products from you?
No, all our products are shipped out from our print shop via couriers.

My leaflets are damaged what do I do?
If your products are damaged we will need photographical evidence to support the claim and from there one of our account managers will be in contact to re-send the product to you. Please ensure that you have detailed photos of the damage.
