How long does the design process take?
We will contact you the same day of the order (within business hours) of receiving the order and ask any questions prior to starting. Once the items supplied have been checked and approved work will aim to start within 24 hours. Depending on the complexity of the leaflet, the design involved and the amount of revisions, we normally aim to complete the order within 3-5 days.

What if I don’t like what has been designed?
Because what we do is bespoke, we can’t resell what we have done. We will also have invested time into what we have done. It is important for us to make sure that what we do is perfect and to your standard, but we understand that this might not always be the case. We do however offer a refund minus £30 to cover initial design services. See our terms and conditions here.

My name is Jim and I have been working in marketing and graphic design for over 20 years. My aim is to give you the very best design work for flyers, leaflets, brochure and more without the agency price tag.
