For professionals like us, when printing your logo we will always need a high resolution version of your logo. The best version for printing is a file called an EPS. The main feature of this file format is that it can be scaled up and down without any loss in quality.

An EPS file is accepted by all good printers. You can used Adobe programmes such as Illustrator to convert your logo, but this does mean you will need to be proficient in using the programme. There are many online converters however the results can be very limited and not always complete replicas.
