Welcome to Mint Graphics ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at mintgraphics.co.uk (together or individually "Service") operated by Mint Graphics. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes provided by Mint Graphics are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms will be specified in your individual project quote or invoice. Typically, a non-refundable deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion and before final file delivery.

4. Revisions and Deliverables

Our design packages (e.g., "A5/A6 Flyer," "Folded Leaflet") include a specific number of revision rounds as stated in the product description or your quote (typically 2 rounds). Additional revisions beyond this scope will be subject to an extra fee. Final deliverables will be provided as print-ready PDF files. Printing services are separate and will be quoted upon request.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Mint Graphics grants the client an exclusive, perpetual license to use the final design for the purpose outlined in the original brief. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes. All draft concepts, unused revisions, and working files remain the property of Mint Graphics.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mint Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
